One of them kind

And I´m still feelin´ fine

Everythin´ started

Way back in June

Nineteen-forty-nine

That´s when I was born

And I don´t remember

Nothing from these days

As it is now

I´m another member

Of the human race

Now I´m here ever since I got

The ticket for a show

Sometimes livin´ on the highest spot

And sometimes pretty low

Now I´m here with my ups and downs

I don´t ask for a loan

Among the other clowns

I try to be my own

It was a very good day

When I saw the world

As either good or bad

And I never knew

What´s there for takin´

And what´s not to be had

So that´s where I started

From complete zero

Believin´ in my fate

Up to this day

I´m not a hero
But I try to play it straight

Now I´m here ever since I got
